This restoration of a part of the building dating back to 1200 is based on the creative reuse of old furniture and everyday objects, following the personality of the owner. We had the opportunity to work with an excellent local craftsman for all the restoration of wood and iron and the carpentry.
Previously, the apartment had been renovated in the 90s with the inclusion of glass block walls and diagonal geometries that had to be removed in order to recreate the original charm, with the playful atmosphere of a second home, a place to escape from big cities in the authentic Chianti region.
