Complete renovation of a seaside apartment.
The planning is centred on the importance of the larger balcony toward the sea view. According to the clients' requirements, we decided to set there the living room at expense of the kitchen that occupies the entrance part of the house.
This was the initial phase of the planning that guided us to the choosing of transform the kitchen into an openable barrier.
When the large sliding glass doors are closed, and the family is bound in the food preparation, the glass carry in the natural light from the living room and the glass box becomes such a lantern.

Two corridors run parallel and the wall between them looks like a scene rear; its cuts position hides a space from each other without using doors and allows the passages crosswise to the house.

Neutral colours and material were used with the aim of make the most of the clients original furniture.
